09Mar13 - Insomnia Quick Fix

If you are having problem sleeping at night, maybe you can try to
place a cup of cold water beside your bed.
According to traditional fengshui, insomnia or bad quality of sleep

is caused by excess fire energy in the head or head of the bed,
thus the mind and body is unable to cool down.
So by putting a cup of cold water near the headboard, it helps
to cool down the mind. Ceramic or any earth material cup will be
ideal.



放一杯水在床头可降火气,在传统的风水中,
认为睡不好是头部或床头的火性能量太高,

才会不睡不着,所以你可能在你的床头放一杯冷水,
最好用磁杯或陶杯.

It is also better not to watch tv or use the computer 30 min to 1 hour before you

sleep. Avoid heavy meals too, up to 2 hours before bedtime
