08Jan13 - FengShui first sharing session!

I am no expert in Fengshui, just like to share with everyone
what I experienced and tried. Fengshui helps create good energy
making one feels good and motivated. One should not expect FS
to do miracle and expect results and rewards without putting in hard work.
(Even winning toto also needs you to go to the stall and get a ticket!)

First session - Clutter

Clutter is the most common problem in FS.
Clutters create bad stagnant energy (Yin energy) creating negativity in the house and rooms.

Three main places to be clutter-free
-Bedroom
-Kitchen
-Front Entrance

Clutters create bad negative vibes that promote quarrels and misfortune.

1.Bedroom
We spend most of our time in the bedroom while resting so it is a good room to start.
No TV, monitor, electronic equipment as they emit EMF. If you really have TV and monitor
in your room, at least cover them with a cloth when not in use. (and when you are sleeping)
Clean up closet and give away old clothing to charity.
Make sure the space underneath the bed is clean and tidy so energy (Chi) can
flow freely and not affect your sleep (you will be surprised)

2.Kitchen
De-clutter the refrigerator. The fridge is a wealth-accumulating pot (wealth pot/vase) so it is
important to keep it neat and clean at all time.
Clean the stove and all the pots and pans. (dirt and filth attracts bad chi)
Fix any broken handles, cracked bowls/cups, lighting
Keep out stench. (use natural odor removing agents like lemon, salt, baking soda)

In a clutter free room chi can flow smoothly and helps lift one's mood!

3.Front Entrance
The front entrance is like a face of a person. It is always important to keep it clean and tidy
as that's what people first see when they enter the house.
Keep shoes in closet. (keep the smell away)
Make sure there is no dying plants or wilting flowers. Plants should be all healthy.

It is better to have a clutter free house with no FS enhancements than one
that is cluttered with litters and FS enhancements!

Remember Less is More!

Cheers JJ
