Recently one of my friend recommended this beautiful crystal to me. 
She said after wearing them she felt energized and less lethargic, and able to accomplish
more in the day.

Sugilite range from purple to violet and blue, mostly opaque, rarely with translucency.
It is considered as one of the most important love stone, It represents spiritual love and wisdom - opening and aligning all the chakras to love with its beautiful purple rays 

Sugilite brings love and light to the darkest situation, protects you from trauma and shock, and aids forgiveness. You should wear it when you feel tired, stressful, seek forgiveness from the past. They can also help reduce body pain as they can adsorb biological waste energies.

A form of rock salt, It is mined in the Khewra Salt Mines, the second largest salt mine in the world, located in Khewra, Jhelum District, Punjab, Pakistan, about 300 km from the Himalayas, about 160 kilometres from Islamabad, and 260 kilometres from Lahore, and in the foothills of the Salt Range. It grows in tropical rain forest enduring the ever-changing natural environment. It constantly absorbing the power from the sun and the moon essence, after hundreds of years of tempering and raises its own unique spiritual and Emmanuel.

Although cauliflower probably isn't the first thing that pops into your mind associated with the gemstone howlite, they do actually have a connection. In its natural state, howlite is found in large cauliflower - like masses. It was originally named for Henry How, a 19th century mineralogist, who discovered it first in Nova Scotia.

Howlite can be found in green, white and blue.
It is a super-calming stone and many people use it to relieve stress of all kinds.
It makes an excellent antidote to insomnia due to an overactive mind
