Moldavite- The Holy Grail Stone

One of the precious stones from the heaven.

It is found in only one area of the world. A meteorite of enormous size and incredible impact is known to have crashed in the Czechoslovakian mountain region around 15 million years ago. This event is believed to have created melted material that fell to earth and created these beautiful green crystals.

20JAN15 - 崖柏,( ya bai); Sichuan Arborvitae

崖柏 or Thuja sutchuenensis, 

A type of cypress tree found mainly in Sichuan, Chong Qin of China.

Growing at 1,500 metres above sea-level, under the harsh environment, 
its branches stretch into unique twisted shapes.

The wood is dense and oil rich, with a strong scent and rich mellow that will last a long time.

Gold has always been an attractive metal to humans. Since the dawn of age, people have regard it as a precious metal and a display of wealth.

It is no surprise that gold symbolizes wealth used wisely, but it is also the symbol of good health. People who favor the color gold are optimistic.

Gold Energy
The Tibetan Buddhist believes in 5 sacred stones: the crystal for light, turquoise for infinity of sea and sky, coral for life and form, gold for the golden ray of the sun, silver for the light of the moon. Gold is intimately linked with Divinity and those gods associated with the Sun. It symbolizes wealth and success.
It protects and opens you up to wisdom, prosperity, and all round success. Gold inspires virtue, moral excellence and nobility of the mind. Gold also lends a cheering influence to the wearer and promotes positive thinking/attitudes.

Recently one of my friend recommended this beautiful crystal to me. 
She said after wearing them she felt energized and less lethargic, and able to accomplish
more in the day.

Sugilite range from purple to violet and blue, mostly opaque, rarely with translucency.
It is considered as one of the most important love stone, It represents spiritual love and wisdom - opening and aligning all the chakras to love with its beautiful purple rays 

Sugilite brings love and light to the darkest situation, protects you from trauma and shock, and aids forgiveness. You should wear it when you feel tired, stressful, seek forgiveness from the past. They can also help reduce body pain as they can adsorb biological waste energies.

Sugilite can also help clears toxic from environmental chemicals. We face many different
type of chemicals in our daily lives and Sugilite is able to help clear these toxic energies from our aura, so our bodies are able to find new ways to release those chemicals before they affect us. 

To cleanse and rejuvenate this hardworking crystal, you can rinse it in running water once a day. Use a mild soap to remove any dirt or body oil on the surface. Do not scrub them.
Pad dry with towel and let them dry completely.

Do not put them under the sun as they will adsorb the solar radiation and destroy the abilities of this crystal.

Sugilite might not be for everyone as it can be too intense. It is advisable to start wearing it for one or two hours a days, and slowly increasing the duration. Feels how it affect you mentally and physically, It might initiate the release of toxic so much that you will feel fatigue and tired. As it is a crystal of many powers, you need it find out how it works best for you, such as boosting your energies, healing your emotion or detoxifying your body.

Libyan Golden Tektite 

Also called Libyan Desert Glass, roughly gives you a hint of its origin and appearance.

Golden yellow in color and translucent, its only found in a particular place at Egyptian-Libyan border, in the sand sea.

Some scientists say that it may have been the result of a meteor... and there has been some debate whether it came from outside the earth or was created by the heat of a meteoric event in the area. Other says that it was a cause of lightning striking the sand.

The properties of this crystal
Meditation with a tektite will increase telepathy. Carry tektite for heightened psychic sensitivity, psychic travel, increase energy field, open and clear the lower chakras.

11Nov13 - Celestite

Celestite

Also known as celestine, found commonly in blue and grey. It offers a gentle uplifting energy that will raise one's awareness. It is an effective stone to use in order to establish and maintain communication with the angelic realm.

This cluster is ideal for placement in the bedroom, or meditation space as an environmental cleanser. Celestite is a soft stone (both physically and metaphysically) and its vibrations radiate in all directions.

Celestite is an elevating crystal that makes one feel as though floating on a cloud.

Celestite is much softer compared to quartz and amethyst, so it is rare too as extra effort is needed to extract them from the ground. They are usually formed on rocks that are brittle and easily break off.

21Jul13 - Raja Kayu (King of Wood)

Raja Kayu, King of Wood (血龙木 dragon blood wood)

Raja Kayu or Kayu Raja (King of wood) is the Supreme King in the forest among all different spieces of trees, and therefore is commonly called King of Wood, or Saint Wood. It grows in tropical rain forest enduring the ever-changing natural environment. It constantly absorbing the power from the sun and the moon essence, after hundreds of years of tempering and raises its own unique spiritual and Emmanuel.

Raja Kayu (King of wood) emits powerful Charms and Amulets which gives protection to the Malaysian indigenous people all the way since very long time ago.

    Translucent with red glow when light is shine through it.

The most amazing feature of Kuya Raja is that it is translucent. By shining a flashlight through the wood, the light will penetrate the wood chips and be illuminating in red.

The second experiment is reduce the size of the wood chips, wood chips will submerge into the water like a stone. The Kayu Raya is not floating at all.  

The third experiment is to take the sawdust of Kayu Raya , gently rub with your fingers on your arm, and it will disappear on your arm.

Raya Kayu has excellent mechanical properties, high compression strength, density, and even hitting a nail in it is quite a difficult task. Anti-moth-bite, corrosion-resistant, oily, almost never crack nor deform, therefore is a fine material for wood carving.

Due to those special properties of Raya Kayu and the kings of the ancient region of Southeast Asia chosen this wood as the Royal appointed timber. Monks in India, Malaysia, Thailand and many other enlightenment use it to make prayer beads.

Lapis Lazuli

Lapis lazuli is an ancient gem, and as such, has a storied history. Egyptian cultures made a practice of burying a lapis lazuli scarab with their dead, and believed it to offer protection. The very earliest cultures valued lapis lazuli more highly than gold. Greeks spoke of an ancient sapphire which was included with gold, and this was unmistakably lapis. Some believed that dreaming of lapis would foretell love that would be forever faithful.

When working or meditating with Lapis Lazuli, it can bring matters more clearly to the mind. It is one of the most powerful stones and should be used with care. Wearing a Lapis Lazuli ring can help you to become a channel. The ancient Egyptians used Lapis Lazuli as a symbol of Truth.



One of the few gemstones with vibrant ultramarine blue

With speck of pyrite(fool's gold) inside, it also attracts success and wealth to the wearer. Lapis can be costly depending on the brightness of the color and  the amount of gold speck. The better ones are usually crafted into jewelleries.

Lapis is also the lucky gemstone for the lunar horoscope monkey in the year 2013 and represent the element water.

Although cauliflower probably isn't the first thing that pops into your mind associated with the gemstone howlite, they do actually have a connection. In its natural state, howlite is found in large cauliflower - like masses. It was originally named for Henry How, a 19th century mineralogist, who discovered it first in Nova Scotia.

Howlite can be found in green, white and blue.
It is a super-calming stone and many people use it to relieve stress of all kinds.
It makes an excellent antidote to insomnia due to an overactive mind

    Veins of black web-like streaks often are interlaced throughout the nodules, like beautiful marbles.

   Often seen in jewellery and fashion items.

Howlite teaches patience.

Place a howlite stone in your pocket to absorb your own anger - or another's anger that is directed toward you. It helps to overcome critical or selfish behavior.
